Directions for use :
To prepare a mask : dilute 1 teaspoon of powder with water to form a paste. Apply the mixture to the desired area of skin, such as the face, neck, décolleté, hands, scalp, or hair. Leave on for 15-20 minutes as a mask, then rinse with warm water. If necessary, wipe the skin with a toner and apply a nourishing cream.
To prepare a decoction : pour 1 tablespoon of powder with water (500 ml), bring to a boil, boil for 3 minutes. Leave to brew for 3-5 hours. Strain.
To prepare a tincture : pour 1 tablespoon of powder with warm water (500 ml) and leave overnight. Strain. Store in the refrigerator for no more than 2-3 days. Use for washing, wiping the skin, rinsing the hair after washing. If necessary, make lotions on problem areas of the skin.
Can be used with other Ayurvedic powders to enhance the effect.
