One cup of flakes contains approximately 19 grams of elemental magnesium.

Directions: Foot Bath: Dissolve 1 cup in approximately 1 gallon of warm water. Soak for 20-30 minutes. Full Body Bath: Dissolve 4 cups in a bathtub filled with warm water. Soak for 20-30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
