How to Use This Nourishing Castor Oil:
Apply the oil to your scalp, massage it in, and leave it on overnight.
Massage the oil all over your body, including your head, hands, and feet.
Apply the oil to your eyelashes once a week, and leave it on overnight.
Apply the oil to your lips at night to moisturize them.
Apply the oil to your feet. Put on socks and leave it on overnight.
Massage the oil into dry cuticles to smooth and refine your nails.
Apply the oil to your face. Then, place a warm, damp washcloth on your face to enhance the moisturizing effect.
Wipe a small amount onto your eyebrows before bed.

DIY Castor Oil Recipes:
Regenerating Foot Soak
Fill a basin with warm or hot water. Add 1/2 cup castor oil, 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar, and 20 drops of your favorite soothing essential oil. Soak your feet in the basin for 20 minutes. Dry them and massage a few more drops of castor oil into your feet. Put on socks and let the oil absorb.
Moisturizing Hair Mask
In a medium bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of castor oil, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 egg. Apply evenly from the scalp to the ends of your hair. Cover your hair with a shower cap and leave it on for 30 minutes.

Castor (Ricinus communis) oil.
