Description
A recycled watch that considers the marine environment
TIME FOR OCEANS “SUBMARINER”
The case and strap are made from 100% recycled marine plastic produced by “#tide Ocean Material” in Switzerland. Marine waste was converted into granules with the help of solar energy and remolded into a watch.
Designed with inspiration from the ocean
Waterproof to 10 ATM, “Time for Oceans” is filled with inspiration from the ocean, including a dial inspired by 3D molded waves and hands inspired by buoys floating on the sea surface.
With a movable bezel, the design is more sporty and easy to match with town use.
“Time for Change” symbolizes the change in watches
In 1998, TRIWA launched a collection called “Time for Peace”, a watch made from “Humanium Metal”, a metal made from recovered illegal firearms, as its first value-driven product that placed importance on the meaning and significance of launching a product.
Under the tagline "Time for Change", TRIWA will continue to launch value-driven products to make watches a symbol of change. And this time, the new theme "Time for Oceans" aims to upcycle marine waste and raise awareness of the important health of the oceans.
