This practice pad offers just the right amount of rebound and a realistic feel when you hit a snare drum. Its base is made of MDF, a wood fiber material with just the right weight and hardness, while its striking surface is made of 6mm thick NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber), which is durable and abrasion-resistant. This combination provides just the right amount of rebound, allowing for easy control and preventing fatigue from straining, making it ideal for long practice sessions. Furthermore, the feel of the sticks upon contact is incredibly similar to that of a snare drum, allowing you to recreate the feel you've developed through practice. The non-slip backing also allows you to practice on a desk or snare drum head. It can also be mounted on a stand (sold separately), allowing for versatile use.
