how to use : 1. after cleaning the area where the patch will be attached, slightly bend the sheet and remove it while holding the easy pick.
2. attach the patch, remove the easy pick by rolling it from the center, and press the patch once more.
3. leave it on for about 8 to 12 hours. do not use on the same area repeatedly.
