It comes without any type of protection, not even the usual bubble envelope, just like in the black plastic; so it is destroyed on the sides and the paint is full of marks and cracks, and then the stones do not cover it well and it is very noticeable when it is finished. I am very angry, because I do not understand how some sellers do not care more that it arrives well packed and protected, if they lose out with these details.
Arrived but missing two colors which, as shown in the photos, were not inserted .... chatting with customer service I was only refunded 10% .... total disappointment since the error was there they should have sent the colors back missing or at least repay 6 euros since reordering them cost a lot....
I was really looking forward to the motif, but unfortunately the quality leaves a lot to be desired. The adhesive film is coming off and there are creases and air under the adhesive film everywhere. The distances between the pearls are also too big. It's a shame 😞..
After a long time I wanted to start the picture and realized that the stones in this article did not fit, the picture showed square stones and the package contained round stones (see picture)
