How to Use: Pour the contents of one packet into 7 oz (200 ml) of cold water. If symptoms persist, Take slowly and frequently during the day. Throw away any unused solution after 6 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated. Dehydration due to: Travel, hot or dry illness, strenuous exercise, fever, vomiting, or diarrhea <1 year Fluid loss occurs as directed by a healthcare professional 1 to 2 packets in the first 6 hours, up to 5 packets per day Children <13 years Take a sip when thirsty or has signs of dehydration Fluid loss occurs 2 to 8 packets in the first 6 hours, up to 13 packets per day Only 13 years and older Take 1 to 7 packets per day when thirsty or has signs of dehydration 8 to 10 packets in the first 6 hours, up to 20 packets per day.
