The order arrived in 15 days and was well packed in a strong plastic foil envelope. Everything arrived undamaged and looks super high quality. This is a really very good knife sharpener, with two levels of sharpening, coarse and fine, and an extra extended handle. The entire body of the grinder is made of sturdy plastic. There were different colors to choose from, and I chose the black/green variant. The handle has ribbing for the fingers and a layer of foam rubber-like material is glued to the bottom of the grinder, which allows for a firm footing and prevents slipping. The unit with the two different whetstones is removable. This is probably a good way to replace the whetstones when they become unusable. There are two stages, each of which is ground with different materials. Metal is used for rough grinding. It looks like two blades with which you "carve" the knife sharp. At this stage, a lot of metal comes off the knife. The finishing touches are done by what appears to be two ceramic "rollers"? In any case, everything works perfectly. I did a test for you with my bluntest knife and I'm really convinced. I hope the video is enlightening and helps with the purchase decision. I am really convinced of this grinder and will finally and gladly dispose of the one I used before. I hate wasting time cooking because the knives are blunt and with this device you can solve the problem in no time. I am extremely satisfied with the product and the seller and would be happy to recommend both.

Sharpening works very well. Grip on the counter is good so it doesn't slip around. I have used it a few times and I am pleased with the results. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a knife sharpener. It could probably be used for scissors as well. Good product!
